Sugarworld Adventure Park – Spring Family Pass Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Entry - Family Pass Prize 

1. _{Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.}
2. _{Entry is open to any person residing in Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.}
3. _{Promotional Period - The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 5th September 2022 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) 16th September 2022. ("Promotional Period").}  
4. _{The competition will be promoted on the Sugarworld Adventure Park website (https://www.sugarworldwaterpark.com.au/) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/sugarworldadventurepark) and the Sugarworld Adventure Park Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sugarworldadventurepark/).}
5. _{To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, visit the Promoter's website (https://www.sugarworldwaterpark.com.au/) and make an online booking to visit Sugarworld Adventure Park during the QLD School Holidays, between 17th September - 2nd October, 2022.}
6. _{All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, or not completed properly.}  
7. _{Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.} 
8. _{This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta) or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant's participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).} 
9. _{The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEST on Monday 19th September 2022 at Sugarworld Adventure Park, Hambledone Drive, Edmonton, QLD, 4869, Australia.}
10. _{Each winner will be notified in writing (email) or phone within one (1) working days of the draw date, the winner has five (5) working days to claim prize and their name will be published on the Sugarworld Adventure Park Facebook page by 26 September 2022.} 
11. _{If winner fails to claim prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.} 
12. _{Prizes: 6 winners will each receive one family pass voucher to redeem at Sugarworld Adventure Park. Family passes are valued at $50.00 each and may be redeemed by a family of five (5) persons of any age.}
13. _{The Prize is valid for redemption after the QLD Term 3 School Holidays, from 3rd October, 2022.}
14. _{The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to Sugarworld Adventure Park Terms and Conditions.}
